Nairobi: Day 5

Today, we didn't do much, but I did elect to get my hair braided so it would be as low maintenance as possible during my upcoming week of no washing:

I couldn't believe how much cheaper it was to get it done here as compared to back home in California. This was the first time I've ever had my hair braided. I was going to do it one other time for Halloween years ago, but it was going to cost $50 for just 10 braids! Here, it costs about $3.50.

We did some running around town, and then came back to finish up my packing. Of course, the electricity went out and I had the adventure of doing last minute wash by headlamp.
